mental health and wellness

University can be a stressful time. Add to that the challenges of moving away from home and adapting to life in residence and you may find yourself feeling depressed, anxious or experiencing other mental health concerns.

You are not alone, and you should not feel embarrassed or discouraged. Many other students have had similar experiences. That’s why the University has many resources and supports available to you. RLS can help support you and assist you in finding the right resources for your situation.
