Safety within our residences is a top priority to Student Housing.  Safety features and initiatives are continually assessed and upgraded to ensure your safety.  The following is just a few safety features within our residences:

  • Perimeter card access to monitor access 
  • Fire Alarm upgrades that include strobe notification
  • Guest Table Staffing Thursday to Saturday evenings
  • Emergency notification through the SafeGryph Campus App
  • Nightly rounds by Residence Life, Desk and Duty Staff
  • Guest registration wristbands
  • Officer in Residence Program
  • Emergency call boxes within residence
  • 24 hour Desk Services
