Student Housing Services reserves some of its buildings -- University Houses and 3-person townhouses in West Residences -- for use by graduate students.
Residence living doesn't just mean you are living on campus - it means you are living in campus, in proximity to all academic needs and services. This convenience provides more time and support to focus on your studies.
Applying for Graduate Housing
Graduate Housing fees are due at the beginning of each semester. Utilities and internet are included, however, you have to arrange for and pay for telephone and television services.
The residence deposit will be credited toward your Winter semester fee payment. It will not appear on your student account until your Winter fees are posted.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request to return to a specific unit, we are unable to offer any guarantee to return to a particular University House or West Residence location.
Read the Residence Contract before you complete your Residence Application and submit your $750 residence deposit to Residence Admissions.
NEW INCOMING Graduate students who are entering the first year of their program are GUARANTEED a place in residence, provided that you meet the Application and Deposit deadline of June 1, 2020. After this date, applicants are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability of spaces.
