Wellington Woods is a community comprised of 139 two-bedroom townhomes nestled in a hardwood bush. We offer a well-developed residence life program that promotes community development amongst residents and social events to bring both children and parents together in a friendly atmosphere. A centrally located playground provides easy access for all the children in the community, and we have a townhome that is dedicated to community activities. Wellington Woods is conveniently located at 252 Stone Road West and a variety of shopping and services are very close by. The main campus is a short 10-minute walk from the community.

Unit Descriptions
Each townhome contains a foyer, kitchen, dining area, living room, outside storage room and an outside partially fenced patio on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, a study room and a bathroom. A full semi-finished basement is also included with a washer and dryer.
Amenities
All rental rates include basic utilities - heat, water, and electricity. Each unit has a fridge, stove, clothes washer and dryer. One parking space is provided per unit, and limited visitor parking is available. Residents arrange internet, telephone and cable television services with a service provider of your choice. All units are unfurnished.
